Because just setting it in plaster/thinset bed as its installed would just make sense. Allotta work to do a1/2 assed job, that isnt leveled if floor is uneven.

forgot the seal buddy!
she forgot the wax ring that goes in the hole to prevent water leaking out and so the toilet will sit right. Cementing it to the floor like that you will have a mess trying to remove it in the future. The bolts are supposed to be set in the floor pointing up and you sit the toilet on them then you use the nuts to tighten them down but not too tight or you will bust the toilet.
