If you have an excess of used plastic bags, you can return them for recycling at many grocery stores. The cabinet under my kitchen sink was full of them until my daughter bought me a handmade bag dispenser. I filled it then dropped the rest off at Kroger. They have a collection bin near the entry at the front of the store.
I’m a teachers assistant for Special Needs Children. We use them when they have accidents for their clothes and for the soiled diapers. We share with our sister class so we go through a lot of them.🙏🏾
