I dont know what a "car cable" is..but i know that a ratcheting tie-down strap does not go on a ball hitch for a trailer!! So sick of these videos with some Hindu camel jockey shaking his finger and showing the "supposed" correct way to do something.

If you're seeing this and dont know, never tow / yank / pull ANYTHING with a ratchet strap. If it snaps hopefully it's something getting damaged and not someone!!
