Grandpa was wrong. Just because it’s cooked don’t make it good. Salt pepper then to a screaming hot charcoal or wood fired grill. Then you have a perfect steak!

i love paper towels, use them a lot, usually for cleaning up in the kitchen, they are snow white, how did they get to be snow white? bleach? i know we are talking about cooking steaks, cooking something in wet paper towels is strange to me ☠️

That's how you cook leather but not choice sirloin. It's about garlic, butter, herbs and the char of the open flame either on the grill or in a pan, cast iron if possible.
