I used to break my noodles, but not anymore. I also use a little vegetable oil so when they hit the water they will not stick together. I don't know what he's got going on, lol.

My grandma was from Naples. always salt water after it starts boiling, never break the spaghetti, linguini or angel hair (She would break your fingers😆) and save some pasta water to help sauce adhere better. and a tiny bit of oil if the pasta is sticking..👍
