Wrapping the uncooked spaghetti with ground beef was just for show (and ridiculous). There wasn't enough liquid in that recipe to cook the pasta thoroughly. How about cooking the ingredients separately then combining and popping in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese?
Do me a favor and COOK THE DAMN INGREDIENTS SEPERATE THEN THEN USE A STRAINER TO DRAIN THE NOODLES THEN ADD THE SALSA THEN ADD THE GROUND BEEF (Or do that in reverse if I said it wrong) ADD THE CHEESE THEN PUT IT IN THE OVEN AND JUST MAKE IT REGULAR😭 and you know what thats called Baked Spaghetti (I might have have said it wrong but hey it's better than wtf she just did)
