homelessness is a drug or mental and often both problem build and fund insane asylums or rehab clinics places these people can for help and sanctuary
I have a better idea, put the crazy ones back in asylums. Have background checks for beer and alcohol (ATF has them for guns they can do them for alcohol, too), so people that should not have it can't get it. And start enforcement of drug laws in this country. All the homeless I see are crazy, drunks or drug addicts.

how would this solve homelessness? Let's say that a homeless person got one of these homes, where are they going to put it? You can't just put it on the sidewalk or on someone else's property. Even if it was mobile you can't just post up anywhere you want plus you need insurance and registration for it. This reminds me of this country run by a dictator and the people in this country were starving so his solution was to put a price on bread for $0.25 even though it costs $1.00 just to bake bread. t's insane that he really thought this would solve the problem.
