I put Bubble wrap on all my cracks! 😂
not a single seam or crack was covered. all it does is mask the surface temperature of the glass. It won't make a difference in keeping the room warm or keeping cold out
but!!! what about the seams around he glass?? not all window frames are sealed well, especially now days!!

it really does stop the cold air that radiates through the glass. I have done it for years.
Plain water works, too. Place the bubbly side against the window. Then flat side to the room. I use the 1/2” bigger bubbles. When we had a really deep cold hit our area, I spritzed the flat side with water and added a lot more insulation to the window. … Come Spring just peel off. You’ll find dust has sneaked in. Window should be washed. I saved my bubble pieces from year to year. Just rinse off to clean the bubbly side off. When dry, roll up and place in a plastic bag for next year’s usage.

wouldn't it be obvious to put the bubble part inside and the flat part to the glass where it sticks to the windows
