WD 40, Ether starter fluid, amd Chemtool tool cleaner all work too if you dont have gas or poison.
Either gasoline or vinegar would do the trick but vinegar is the safest
lacquer thinner works as good without the lingering gas smell

don't remove it. kill it with spray. then no other wasp will build a nest there.
