The medical costs and lack of ability to deploy along with the disability and additional expenses that the VA will have to shell out will be staggering…. But no one wants to address that… during a 4 year enlistment 2 years are non-deployable. How is that fair to other military members that have to take those extra deployments?? People joined the military specifically to accomplish this…. Not to serve!! The military is not a social experiment!! Every member needs to be deployable or get out…

If you are in the Army you have to be deployable. People who have a constant medical need that requires medication and medical supervision are not deployable. Do a little research.
