It's so weird my neighbor got a fire alarm as soon as I scrolled onto this video
Teach them how to stop a school shooter since the the teachers scared todo something about it they all should be trained for that situation
You didn't master anything, nature mastered us before we could even understand it
So useless. Tax payer money paid for this.
Very professional 🙌
Well, I don’t know if it was just you putting moisture in the door, but you definitely suffocated the fire
you just held the lack of oxygen longer
what's a firebox?
inhaling all that smoke
I think the fire shut off because he covered it longer than the first time, which effectively smothered the fire.
If you take culinary they do teach you this lol, just gotta pick your classes wisely
why would school teach me about stopping a fire? There Teachers not Firefighters
Sound like the dangers of slipping up and not pulling out from all that good moisture 😂
so many of yall have no understanding of physics or common sense to see hes aware a lack of oxygen would put it out but if you were inside do you wsnt them to just wait for oxygen to run out before they go get you cause you'll probably be dead
It creates steam when he cracked it and put. water inside so it spreads around the whole fire and smothers it
okay yall saying it would go out if he cut off the oxygen must not understand this is a demonstration on your house like do you think shutting the doors going to save your house, if they had to go in and save you and they just open the door that flame jumps out but the size of your door to your house but if they do this method it doesn't burn them while they go in to save your life for the people that think firefighters can just cut off the oxygen to a fire
back draft?
it isn't the fucking moisture. its the lack of oxygen.
Im running
I'm just going to let my house burn down
listen there's gasses in there so the moisture draws it while the oxygen is cut out slowly
God I love moisture
we all like a little moisture inside
he waiting till it went out on purpose
okay, now just cover it for 27 seconds and see what happens when you remove it
let's all tell the guy who's going to risk his life to save yours how to do his job.
If ur dumping gas on a fire with a gas can (don’t recommend it’s dumb) but just in case you do if the flame travels up the gas into the van don’t throw it just put ur hand over the hole and it’ll put the fire out.
😂
bull. he smothered the fire with all that. talking
was that anticlimactic?
So water stops fires? Woah
our safety guy would be tripping
Dooor dooor dooor
I didn’t know that Dan Akroyd was teaching fire safety.
What's a BackDraft? 🤔🤔🤔
or you starved it for oxygen longer
wow..didn't know water would put out fires. Imagine that..!
so if you leave it on there long enough the fire goes out you take it off to soon it comes back that's seems to be what I got there
Steam conversion- basic fire science- steam IS H2O, put enough gpms on the btus- interrupt or break the sustained chemical chain reaction- fore goes out
idk why but I was seriously wanting for his porn stash to just disappear when he opened it last 😂
makes sense the steam displaced the gas's for awhile
🥴probably never showed us this in school, because my bbq grill does the same thing when I close the lid and I don’t have to use a spray bottle.
so skin falls off your hands? looks like a bad after school video!😭
Shyt we dead by that time
They also made a movie called "BackDraft" that explain the same concept.
Now if I could only find a bigger spray bottle for my doors when my house burns down..
Scoopz is teaching me shit?
you guys realzie this is just an example correct? you aren't just gonna leave the doors closed on a house and smother it 🤣 ffs common sense guys. the moisture does more than most realzie. Did you know 50% of our planets oxygen comes from the ocean? There plenty of oxygen in that water to help control it when being opened. When that door opened it immediately sucked oxygen back inside because it was gone. that water adds so much oxygen that when the door is opened it barely needs any, therefore barely pulling any in. I don't think this man explained it correctly, actually he was quite far off. the moisture isnt the trick haha. and I may not have explained this well either. simple terms fire consumed all the o2 inside that box, almost starving it. door opens, that oxygen has to be and is immediately replaced. The o2 acts as a buffet for that flame. Feeds TF out of it. the spray acts as a middle man. holds the fire over with enough oxygen to barely require any from the outside.
maybe it's because you took away the oxygen I don't think a spray bottle really helped
Isn't that called a backdraft
