entry-level employment is meant for high school students and college freshmen because the hours are so flexible, and the work isn't interfering with their studies. fast food Prep isn't meant to support a family, never has been. If you're in school, these entry-level jobs cover your gas, and food. It isn't meant to take you on vacations to hawaii, etc. 😲🤔👍💕

the thing is that it u get payed for the job u do as well as the things that u are trained in, so when u work a job that doesnt require alot of knowledge or some sort of technical training that corrisponse with what u are going for before u apply for that job why should u be payed the same as someone who does work a more demanding job, training wise or physical wise bc food service is not physically demanding
fast food jobs are beginner level jobs. the whole point is to move on. if you stay there for more than a couple years I hope you have sights on the GM position or you're just wasting your time. here's a tip, stop smoking weed so you can pass a drug test and go get a better job with advancement opportunities. yes there are better jobs out there for all those people and those people will be replaced by younger generations getting their first jobs and the cycle continues like that

That is a great idea. The median annual individual income in the United States is $36,600. The government should seize all income in excess of $36,600 and re-distribute it to everybody earning less than $36,600. That way we all have the same wage. Doctors, lawyers, teachers, professional sports figures, Hollywood actors, elected officials, police officers, Walmart employees, firefighters, construction workers, college professors, gas station attendants, jobless, drug addicts, mentally deranged homeless individuals… would all be paid the same. It would be utopia.

ok so let me explain how this works and yes food work is a real job but let's use waffle house as a example they pay their servers 3.40 a hour to serve meaning they expect customers to tip their employees yet people complain and say let's end tipping but that's fine right so right now your burger and hashbrowns are 9 dollars but if they raise all the servers up to 15 a hour then your burger just became 25 for it with hashbrowns
