You can't get paid. This is a shady tactic to just get more users actively posting. Scoopz does NOT have the advertiser revenue to pay creators. They can tell you that you can make money as long as one single person has received even just a single penny in payouts. Just think of all those apps that "pay you to play games on your phone".
After you jump through hoops. Prove you can write something that no one will read. Send videos in. Have X amount of followers. It’s a scam. I post. I get likes. You pay me. That’s how it should work.
