fun fact it is actually bad for you to punch your nose or lean back when it's bleeding do to the dry block that can clog your nose the best thing to do it lean forward till it stops and make sure you don't have any access blood drying back in your nose
Just clean what you can first then take a Q-tip out Vaseline on it and ur good
