In the original video, he is from Afghanistan, he was delivering intelligence to the US about the Taliban, the US forces eventually pulled out and offered to take him and his family to America to which he accepted but upon arrival here they virtually forgot about him and it was a strain on his day to day survival and during this particular stop (second one with expired/suspended license) he vent his frustrations to the police telling them that he was better off helping the Taliban and he regret his decision of helping them which lead to what you see in this video...(he specifically named white people with whom he was frustrated with calling them liars and other choices words)
I'm not going into details but I've seen a longer video of this..that dude in the car went to war on the side of US but was having a bad day

I think you guys need to see the entirety of this video because this dude was fucked with the entire way until he snapped. And if you feel threatened which hell I would, if I got three armed individuals around me ready to go at a moments notice I wouldn’t be scared as well. If he has legal reason to be in this country than his rights are still within place until they are deemed unworthy and his visa is either stripped and or he is put into prison with the American criminal population. I’m not saying that everybody should go out and shoot cops but if you feel threatened, the cops are not the only ones that are allowed to defend themselves and this dude is obviously had training because he didn’t point the gun out he kept it close he kept it well guarded and armed, and he even knew how to turn it in a tight capacity. People are tired of being fucked with, because most of the people in this country don’t fuck with one another because we got too much to do anyways.
