If ICE is so damn necessary; then explain why Obama deported over 3 million; WAY more than Trump has. Yet, no national guard was necessary. No militarized ICE or Border Patrol was necessary. No CITIZENS Were deported. Each deportee received due process (the law). No concentration camps were built. Obviously Obama is VASTLY smarter than Idiot Trump; but what's going on, there's no excuse for!!
