willful deprivation of civil rights under the color of law is a federal felony, not civil, but criminal, US 18 §242. Any citizen can arrest a police officer if they witness them committing a felony.
The arrogance level of these incompetent police officers is astounding. And being at a higher level makes it worse.

When you have state and city governments making laws and ordinances which fundamentally violate the Constitution, and then have LEOs which are complete narcissists, this is the result, and it's not accidental. This is a modern day example of how the many forms of Marxism spread through the world. You can't consistently blame "officer ignorance" for this when it's clearly intentional. He knows the laws, he simply chose to violate the Constitution. He expects you to either not know the law or be to afraid to pursue it. It's simple tyranny at all levels.
