Poor kid, he is just 21 years old and already destroying his life. I blame the parents, they can’t wait for kick their kids out of the house. Thats is so selfish. KIDS NEED THE DIRECTION,THEY NEED THEIR PARENTS TO HELP THEM MAKE GOOD CHOICES. But parents are too busy with theirs own life.
Need a warrant to search the tent but you can go ahead and steal it. Makes no sense.
seizing someone's tent also requires a warrant??
crime of the century here. Im sure the wardens feel like heroes
I don’t get it.. the FKN kid ain’t bothering anyone..
Ridiculous that they can't enforce the law .
And what is the game violation ? Another's wanta be cop wearing the wrong uniform. I respect the blue, just not game wardens, a very few good ones, most are not doing there job with any level of respect or professionalism. They need way better training.
all I hear is a bunch of soft parenting back when I come up people 16 17 years old living on their own working everyday because they didn't have some parents saying I will hear your participation trophy
so do you get a crane and bring peoples houses to the station.
dudes gonna be charged with in-tent.....!!
I disagree. I was a heroin addict I associated with the wrong crowd. I was never neglected. after stealing and taking advantage of my parents because all I cared about was my next fix.i was kicked out. I had to get cut off completely with nobody to enable me. it was then that I realized I had to get clean because I had nobody but myself. someone's you need to hit complete rock bottom to get right.
What is a Suspicious Camper? Is Suspicious a Felony?
So you violate his consultation rights by stealing his home make that make sense officer
That’s called seizing. What crimes did he commit?? Bc suspicious is not a crime
lol need a parent to search it but not to take it.
Suspicious camper? Suspicion isn't a crime. Poor kid being harrassed.
can't go in it yet they can roll it up and steal it
what is his crime? wtf 🐽
so wait they didn't arrest him for no reason and then stole his property 😂
you need to have a warrant to take it what the fuck are you talking about apply for the warrant later wow this is what we're paying for people
If the cop doesn’t have RAS that a crime has been committed, what he sees in the tent is what??
you can't illegally take somebody's property you have to get a warrant first
And are they just going to hold him indefinitely until they get a warrant to search. In which case you could easily argue that the chain of custody has been tampered with since there was no bagging tagging labeling or anything of the such so what a horrible case
I would love to know what made him a "Suspicious Camper" What gave the Game Warden Suspicion??? This Kids rights were Violated.
wait , whatever he a was claiming he physically saw in the tent... thats not probable cause?
Michael mires
What Crime was committed ?
that my friends is an illegal seizure without having a warrant before hand
damn duck heads
Ya he was real suspicious He was in his tint not bothering a damn person when they roll in detainee him with handcuffs and locked in the officers truck AND then they take it upon there selves to roll up his stuff and transport him and his stuff NO doubt to the police station. THE QUESTION IS What was so DAMN suspicious to harass him from minding his own business sleeping and bothering NOBODY. LOOKS LIKE HARASSMENT
game wardens are actually state troopers they have to abide by the same laws as all police officers. they also have extra training to protect our fish/game and natural resources. so don't underestimate them. they also have afew laws as wardens to protect evidence and investigate probable cause.
Stop blaming the parents, he’s old enough to know the difference between right & wrong. I couldn't see what was in the tent, however, the comments suggest drug paraphernalia. If that’s the case., I hope that he seeks recovery. Addiction is a real bumpy road you're lessening your chances of life. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
wow, u cant go in the tent cuz its his property but you can arrest him for no reason and then steal his property until one of your judge friends issues u a warrant. its all a corrupt game
Cops always picking on the less fortunate
wtf.. what happen to plain view!
even if it is drugs, the dude is in the middle of nowhere not bothering another soul. where's the victim of his crime?
Being detained means you're getting arrested now
A lot of times it is because the kid was not taught right from wrong and that there are "Or Elses" in this world, behave or else. Kids are not taught responsibilities from an early age, choirs that are age appropriate starting long before they go to school and becoming more demanding until they leave home. by twenty one I had a job working ten hours a day 7 days a week with a Wife, a child, and a house of my own. Many responsibilities come with adulthood.
I just 💕 all these professional criminal lawyer comments 🤣
Taking property without a warrant IS that legal?
Example of a Game Wardens authority. My brother and his friends were driving back roads in his friends 70 something bronco. He told me they really weren't hunting, just in the way home and they were shining a spotlight just looking at deer, but wasn't planning on shooting one. They had been hunting legally earlier and still had loaded rifles in the truck. Game warden spotted them. They took the truck, put them in jail, took their rifles and everything in the truck. No warrant necessary. Never got the truck or any of their belongings back and paid a hefty fine.
I f you have a right to be and a right to see then you have a right to seize
he will beat these charges if he's got a good lawyer and then get rich
A tent is just like a car, if you leave illegal items in plain view it establishes probable cause for a detainment and or an arrest. In most states, if you are lawfully pulled over in a vehicle by law enforcement and you are observed reaching or a stashing motion that to can give law enforcement probable cause. If you have illegal items in a car you should keep them out of view prior to law enforcement as just walking by a vehicle with illegal items is probable cause to further search your vehicle. In this man’s case, he could have easily covered up anything illegal or have gotten out of his tent without anyone seeing its contents. If this young man’s tent is considered his home then he is afforded a stricter fourth amendment protection than a car. If it were a car, they could have seized it, since it is his home, a warrant was needed. It’s probably best just not have illegal items in the first place.
if yoi can look inside something or go inside of that something without permission or a warrant you shouldnt be allowed to take it without permission or a warrant. doesn't matter if they are holding it. its still theft. I can hold your TV without permission. you would call me a thief.
hell no it isn't true. I can do whatever the hell I want cause there's no laws in an open field.{
why the cops bothering him anyways detained means arrested u cuffed u arrested
so you're stealing it to obtain a warrant talk about violation of the law
He looked like a suspect alright !!!
