I AM SHOCKED AT the amount of AMERICAN CITIZENS that do not know or understand our CONSTITUTION. DUE PROCESS IS FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT HAS THEIR FEET ON AMERICAN SOIL. The reason why we have DUE PROCESS. Have u ever heard of cops arresting a person that "fit the description", "had the same name", etc. yet they arrested the wrong person? Ever heard of the cops knocking down the door at the wrong place? If there was no due Process, those people & it could be your family, neighbors or you, could get deported & they got the wrong person. WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, They have been arresting people who have done everything the right way, even though our IMMIGRATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 40+ YRS. It takes aprox 8 years & $20,000.-$30,000. to become a citizen. YET ICE have a hard time, they're told they have to arrest 3,000 day. NOT ATTAINABLE, TAKES TIME TO FIND CRIMINALS, so they're picking up BROWN People. They even wait at the courts....
First of all what cop would arrest another cop in doing his duty. Chief gives the order the cops should know they are not obligated to carry that order out. The arresting officer needs to lose his job. Officers like that are one of the enemy of our constitution this arrest should not happen infront of people.
