I was waiting at a bus stop waiting for the children to get off. A car flew by I radioed ahead with. the license plate number and requested that they stop the car until I got there. I told the driver that he was under arrest for failing to stop for a school bus and for speeding only to find out that he was the Safety Administrator for the County Sheriff. Let me say he was fired with cause and no longer is he a police Officer anymore.
This is ONE THING THAT GETS MY BLOOD BOILING 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Thank goodness no kids were harmed. Hats off to bus’s driver 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I did traffic duty, and I had people that would go around me as I had a stop sign held up. I had parents that would be on their cellphone as they would be pulling up in the driveway to pick up their kids. I had parents that would literally park right at the corner of a road where they knew buses and cars would be turning and didn't understand why they needed to move their car? I had parents curse and scream at me because I asked them to move their car because they weren't supposed to be parked where they were parked at. I had cars almost hit me when they would drive in to the loop to pick up their kids.I had parents that would encourage their children to cross the road to get into the car, which they were not supposed to do. Even if they weren't supposed to do that, they would be too lazy to walk across the street and go get the child and I would be freaking out because I would be afraid they might get hit by a car or a bus.
People that do that don't care about the kids. All they care about is, getting to where they want to go. That's just like going through a school zone. I when its 35, they're going 45 and 50. All they think about it is themselves

I drove a truck I was behind a stop school bus and between me and the bus a cop was there and I just kept thinking to myself why is that cop so close to that school bus when we stop. well when that car went past the school bus with her stop signs out the cop went and got them. That's why he was behind the school bus so close because you're supposed to stop.
We lost a kid but it was by the bus driver not paying attention and not knowing that route the little boy he got off the bus and grabbed his parents mail and then proceeded to cross the street and the bus driver didn't look to see if he crossed the road and took off injuring the child gravely and had to be chased down to inform him that he ran over the child he had earphones in his ear listening to music and couldn't hear the kids parents screaming at him to stop before he ran over the boy.

Our county has 360 cameras on all buses if you pass it with the lights on and the Stop sign out when they review the film you get a house call from the police with the picture for proof and you end up in court.So please don’t do this you might kill a child and end up in prison severing life.🙏🏼

That is what needs to happen whenever you have a problem with cars not stopping for the school buses. They need to protect the kids from drivers who don’t want to stop for the buses. I hope that they give the driver a big ticket and points on his license so his insurance will go up. He needs to also have it that he has to get places by public transportation for at least six months and also help as an extra person for the school bus driver during that period of time. As long as he is not on any list that he can’t be near kids.
This person should have to give everyone of those students a piggy back ride from their house to school one at a time
Mental health professional here....People don't seem to get it until you sit through a "critical incident debriefing" for the cops, deputies, fire and EMS who responded to the deaths of two kids that were killed by a driver like that....I conducted that debrief...not a dry eye for 2 hours....😢💔💔
While driving safely through my local school zone, I've noticed that the speeders and bumper rider's are all turning into or out of the school. I'm driving safely for YOUR kids, please do the same.

10 years ago....2015...my little grandson Bus.... 2 Korean grandmother's would volunteer to follow the bus with their big Cadillac.... Blocking the other side of the street....It was absolutely hilarious....
I made the mistake of doing that unintentionally at 16 riding my motorcycle. No harm done but I felt like an idiot and never forgot it. Ever since I’ve paid close attention to school buses and school zones.
Anyone who passes a stopped bus should have his license revoked and a huge fine.

I hope they caught that driver and three him or her in jail. if they would've hit a kid and killed it, it would've been murder. This ( in my opinion) is attempted murder and should be charged as such.
