This man actually got pulled over for not using his turn signal. It wasn't for his Swangas which are just rims that protrude outward. Thus the one on the rear. Its part of the culture down there but if you arent from there you wouldnt know that. It is legal out there as long as the total width of the car isn't over 8ft. Laws are usually to remain a car length behind the car in front of you so if you get to close and hit it that's your fault not his. and as far as the multiple lanes they are separated enough if you swerve and damage your car, again that's your fault. stay in your own lanes that's that.
