Mexico is a different country with a different culture . we fought the Spanish-American wars. if Mexican culture was the same as America. people wouldn't feel they needed to leave Mexico. First, the borders between countries have always existed, but in 1848 , the end of the Mexican and American war ended, and the United States or America took land from Mexico including Texas and California.
