I leaned after 40 yrs in the Job market that it's not how hard one works, it's working SMARTER that gets you ahead. Hard work is a post Industrial Revolution concept that's about 150 yrs out of date.

My youngest daughter came home to help with her sick father. She brought her bew boyfriend. He is lazy, rude and won't eat unless she cooks for him. It must be all 3 meals. He does not work but she went and got a job. At home he did door dash bc if he.makes too much money he has to pay child support for his small daughters. He says one minute he's from Connecticut then another says he's from Costa Rica. Hard worming? I tbink not. Hardley working? Yes.
