I absolutely hate to say this, out of 35 shop laborers (10 are mexican)the 10 of them do work much harder and better than the 20 of the americans here.Their attendance is much better, their quality is better. 5 of the "americans" are the older crowd in their 50's to early 60's and are excellent, they've also been here 10 plus years. the 20 do more gossiping and snichting and just worry about if they did 1 ounce more work than the other guy. But the general 20 -late 30's Americans are not pulling their weight and get away with it. I'm not for illegal imigrants working here and I don't know if those here are illegal or not ,it's just something I've noticed very clear unfortunately

I do have to agree. I worked with a crew back in the day when I was a bit younger. Now I can work. I get the job done but these guys ran circles around me. I got their respect because I kept a steady pace ( Tree removal company) but I was tired as phuk at the end of each day.

I think what they mean is Latinos. id also like to mention their ethics involving food. I remember a Latino friend crying because her roommates were arguing over " who drank my lemon drink" lemonade. food for them is to gather around.

LOL. check the storage buildings for construction material. somebody's taking it unless of course they got paid double but my husband would get paid in construction because we never could afford all the block and brick and mortar and the lumber to build our home. truth of the matter is human beings are all alike you got the group that don't want to work you got the group that don't want to work but they come there and steal from you and then you've got the group that comes in and says I'm here to make a day's honest pay. and that has nothing to do with the color of skin what location they originated from.
