I do have to agree. I worked with a crew back in the day when I was a bit younger. Now I can work. I get the job done but these guys ran circles around me. I got their respect because I kept a steady pace ( Tree removal company) but I was tired as phuk at the end of each day.

After Katrina, Louisiana would still be patching roofs.They worked and 10 or more lived in an apartment together, and sent money to their families back in !Mexico. They are genuinely good people.

employers especially in construction prefer no paper employees b/c then they don't have to pay for workmans compensation which can be up to double $ what an employee makes per week,depending in which state u in. not so much cheaper pay, but cheaper to work.

LOL. check the storage buildings for construction material. somebody's taking it unless of course they got paid double but my husband would get paid in construction because we never could afford all the block and brick and mortar and the lumber to build our home. truth of the matter is human beings are all alike you got the group that don't want to work you got the group that don't want to work but they come there and steal from you and then you've got the group that comes in and says I'm here to make a day's honest pay. and that has nothing to do with the color of skin what location they originated from.
