Well they both can be brought up on charges and arrested now. The aggressor for sure by attacking the girl in white for assault and battery. The girl in white has the right to defend herself especially at her own home. It after she threw the girl down to the ground and hit her a couple times she could have stopped and walked away and probably not had any danger of getting arrested but she continued to beat her and the girl gave up which means at that point you need to stop or in court it’s viewed as punishing the girl and then becomes assault charges on her.
