💯 intentional! Same exact thing happened to me! Lucky I had my dashcam on. Sent the recording to my buddy! Why because I knew the cops would want the evidence. Got my cam back and the evidence was gone! So they thought! Decided to settle out of court 😏

it doesn't matter what anybody is talking about. The cop was in the wrong period. The BMW was in their lane. The cop was suppose to go further out while making his left turn. The cop never stayed in his lane. That is what's wrong with the world today. People dont know how to stay in their lane worrying about the wrong things and not know what they are talking about.
Neither one signaled their intention of turning left. Regardless of whether you’re in a turning lane or not, you are required to signal. Opposing traffic doesn’t know you’re turning if you don’t signal. The BMW doesn’t look like he’s going to turn.
And what makes them think they had the right of way. Totally left turn signal . And they just purposely tried to cut that driver off

Oh wait I feel stupid. They were in the turning lane and it was two green arrows totally the BMW’s fault especially and he didn’t even have a blinker on and apparently he wasn’t even paying attention because he kept going straight right into a cop car who in the hell hits a cop car.
