This is harassment. State a crime or walk away. People have the rights to protect themselves from cops that don’t explain why or what the public supposedly did wrong. Give a ticket see you in court. They make up suspicious or not complying when it’s your right to sit in your car and smoke a cigarette. They got your license plate. They can get your information.
