Isn’t it funny how dogs perpetuate the same characteristics of their owners? LOL If her dog was off leash then she’s in the wrong no matter how loud she wants to get. More than one report on the same dog and it goes bye bye. Just call animal control next time and she won’t be bitching she’ll be bawling in no time flat 😁
