I'd run that hot water in the tub and buy a 4000 BTU electric space heater and run that bitch outside from the time I got home until bed time everyday for three months. for all the people in the comment saying I would just turn off the electricity at least agreement is illegal in binding contract and why laws vary state to state and city to City for landlord and tenants. terminating utilities included in lease agreement would be considered violating habitability of a dwelling
water is only included when it is shared between two or more units . Electricity usage is on the Tennant , landlord would have to be crazy to include electricity , unless someone is just renting a room ..which dimension are they living in?? :)
