My employees know on my shift I will protect THEM at all costs I literally just made my boss put me back on night shift so I could make sure the teenage girls on night shift are safe bc the new night manager on Sunday nights refuses to end go up front with the two teenagers who are basically running the store for them. NO! If something happened to my girls bc of that I’d of taken the new “manager” out back and showed him how a REAL professional handles situations.
