Nope. Itās a civil situation. America does have freedom of speech. Labelling a place a āfree speech zone,ā is bull. The Karenās can ask that he be trespassed. Everyoneās taxes pay for the college so anyone can park and stand or voice on the college campus. Only private campuses are able to trespass.

I see people posting that universities are a "public place" and that is incorrect. Universities are property that is open to the public for a limited purpose much like public schools. A representative informed him that he was not authorized to be set up in the location he was set up at and told him to move to an approved location. She could have been nicer but the attitude may have been because this is not the first time.
