that's why I work 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. give them kids around here that's all they do is scream and yell being kids but you tell him that after 10:00 to stop it and they won't so that's why I don't work day shift

we have had kids do silly things around my area too. Its night earlier when its winter. they all calm down by 8 or 9 pm. What helps me feel better is knowing that if these kids are out being loud and annoying they aren't drinking or drugging somewhere. They are just acting like unruly children and being silly. If it was past curfew they probably would have informed the police so even though its dark in the video it could still be 7 pm. That being said... I still would have asked my children to quiet down and most certainly asked them to stop barking at people 😆

Id love context. Is it a night if celebrating like the Forth, or New Year's where its expected to be loud? Is it dark because its winter and its really only 6pm? Is this a common issue or a special situation where the kids r being a little rambunctious. What's going on changes the view point and acceptance of the behavior quiet a bit.
