we have had kids do silly things around my area too. Its night earlier when its winter. they all calm down by 8 or 9 pm. What helps me feel better is knowing that if these kids are out being loud and annoying they aren't drinking or drugging somewhere. They are just acting like unruly children and being silly. If it was past curfew they probably would have informed the police so even though its dark in the video it could still be 7 pm. That being said... I still would have asked my children to quiet down and most certainly asked them to stop barking at people 😆
