I think that's how food stamps should be.You're only allowed to get it for so long.Just like unemployment And to be honest, I think the united states should come up with a program to where you're forced to labor meaning. If you're receiving food stamps not only after so long, they are taken away, it's like a union that you have to go into. If you're not going to provide for yourself or your family and just keep creating children to keep using the state up that you're in that you are forcefully put into a union, to work any kind of assistance you have You will slowly pay it back so that other people that keep paying into it. Just don't keep watching their money disappear because they can't get on any type of assistance cause they make too much to make sure that those people are fed. I think it's quite selfish that people are like, oh well, it's up to the taxpayers. Well then why don't you become one instead of being the problem

for the most part I agree with this man but what say you about a man who worked all his life from the age of 15 paying in taxes , then served 4 yrs in the military went to Nam came out with agent orange went back to work paying in taxes all the way till he was 56 when he lost both his leg then developed neuropathy , both his shoulders ate up from agent orange , lost his eye sight and the feeling in both hands and had tumors on him the size of baseball and softballs thank GOD were able to be removed that was from agent orange this is all proven also he filed for disability they gave him $700 dollar no food money and the VA turned him down for 5 yrs they lived off his 401 that he had till it ran rant and then finally the VA except him and gave him $900 but then the government to away the $700 because he made to much money they said.. so now a man who loved his country is now disability and only get $900 amonth and shity VA medical.. his he worth more or less in your eyes.

I understand what he is talking about man for real see I understand if you live on disability and or retirement checks they don't pay enough for you to survive on ok but you have people that get on these programs and live that way they get accustomed to this life style and they will find ways to not work or do anything to better themselves I say if your capable of working give them six months of help and help them find a job then once they have a decent paying job give them help for another 6 months and let them know after this your on your own with it except for babysitting and health care for the kids
