That wasn't a break check that was a dump truck rolling up on a car blowing it's horn..

I re-watched the video . The trucker tried to share the same lane as the car ...not legal . The car owned the lane and the truck ran up behind the car irraticaly running itself off the road. The truck was being unpredictable and the car was bracing impact !
