there is nobody absolutely nobody that should be driving a commercial vehicle that cannot speak English right English or read English, much less born in this country! It would only take a couple dozen of these trucks running into power grids across the nation, sacrificing their lives to destruct our for a few days and costing millions of dollars worth of damage in the process!
