We have a street just like that where I live. For the person going straight, the people making a left turn in front of her makes that corner dangerous until u get used to it as drivers going through there. When I go straight, people turn in front of me because they don't think im turning back onto the lane to continue straight. It's an accident waiting to happen the city doesn't care because they won't fix it.

For all the bad drivers out there. First off, the road has left turn only ground markings. You can see one briefly behind the truck just as the video starts and you can see another on the other side of the road under the cop's vehicle. Aside from all of this, if there is one lane in front of you with two lanes at the stop one of those lane is a turn only. Since the woman's lane had a separate turning lane to the right separated by an island, that should automatically tell you she has a turn or straight option to get to the single lane across the street and should prompt you to know you are in a turning lane. Use your heads when driving people.
