Depends cameras make it seem like the car is going fast for a residential street. But itโs also a wide street so it might be a house on a main road where the speed limit is 35 mph so Iโd say itโs the parents fault for two reasons. One as a parent safety is everything for kids so they should be out there with them to holler if they do dumb things cause face it kids do dumb things. Two that kid should have been taught not to ride his bike in the street. But that driver will forever have to live with that he hit and hurt a little kid. Thatโs torture

during daylight hours especially got to slow down you're not in that big of a hurry anyway and that night too now it's daylight savings time gets dark early so now you still got young kids outside at 5:00 5:30 slow down

cars should not be going that fast in a residential neighborhood. it is definitely the cars fault. drivers need to be aware of not only what's ahead of them but their surroundings, especially around neighborhoods where there are children playing all the time. that's the responsibility that drivers get when they drive huge weapons that kill people at high speeds.
