you can see the moment he let off the brakes as he turned onto the shoulder. the truck was still going so fast theres no way he was paying attention and following at a safe distance. the wreck was going to happen either way. there's no way yall are really blaming the cam driver. yall should turn in your licenses.

he had to move because he himself was going way too fast . in my opinion it appears he created the accident by go too fast then moving out of the way. the guy behind him can only go as fast as the car in front of him.
