To the person filming, why are you so far away from the accident scene and did you call the police? I mean, it’s almost as if you expected an accident to happen since you were just sitting there filming and then it happens and you don’t try to render aid or you don’t want to call the police I don’t know what’s going on with you.

To everyone saying why didn't you call 911 is because I didn't have a phone and this was filmed on a "GoProHero11black" I wasn't the only person that seen it, someone else was calling 911 already, I didn't have to.
