IDK if anyone else spotted this but there isn't a single stop light or stop sign at that intersection. no wonder everyone crashed.
Orange is at fault obviously didn't check before entering a two way street. It's still very sad and I hope everyone was okay but I doubt they'd have a case if any of the adults or children that flew out died.
