The white car was clearly running from the cop and hit the exit. The cop was behind the person filming with lights on. Person filming was getting over to get out of cops way and was forced to cut over all the way to the exit to keep from getting hit by the cop. If the filming car was the one running I guarantee he would not have turned down his radi9 and slowed down to go around cop.

situational awareness seems to be weak as in us Americans as well as being butt hurt and blind patriots.......regardless of what you all believe when the video starts you can see a white or silver sedan making a VERY fast exit off the highway while cutting in front of cars at a high rate of speed ( running ) the cop tried to gun around the music playing car and lost control as a state trooper he should have had more vehicle training then to just gun it and spin out in front of a pedestrian putting those pedestrians at risk over a simple traffic stop.......I wouldn't have stopped either 🤷🏽♂️💯
