no matter what it's the truck drivers fault. unfortunately he couldn't see the biker due to him being in the right lane with other cars in the left lane so It definitely wasn't intentional but yeah the truck driver is at fault , he was making a turn, biker had the right away and the light was green and turned yellow right at the time of the accident which is still okay for the biker

I think he was going too fast coming to an intersection. I feel like you have to time lights if you’re going to run yellow ones like you really have to know how much time you got to clear your intersection whether you be in a bike on a car on foot wherever You really have to pay attention at all times one thing I remember being taught as a young driver was to not only drive for yourself but drive for everyone else too because I kind of feel like a lot of times it won’t be your fault. It’s gonna be somebody else’s fault. Also something that I was told as a young driver when I was young and I was started driving wasdon’t ever be the first one into an interception he wasn’t but he also wasn’t listening to intuition telling him that I’m pretty sure he knew it was a bad idea to blow a yellow light
Y’all are slow the truck driver was making a left turn so his light was obviously red at the time because the bikers light was green until he was about halfway in the middle of the intersection and it turned yellow meaning he had the right away and the truck driver ran a red light just because he didn’t see the motorcycle and thought it was clear so the truck driver is a fault 100% how do half of you all even have a driver license smh

Trucks fault…Bike guy had a solid green when he entered the intersection and turned yellow only after. We cannot see the truck’s light and can only assume that it was a flashing yellow arrow or solid yellow because a turning lane and direct oncoming traffic would not both have solid green lights. Even though the bike should have at least looked and cautiously entered the intersection instead of full speed ahead, and ensured there was no one else entering the intersection since he could not be seen around the other traffic, the truck technically was in the wrong because it would have had a caution (yellow) light and should have yielded to oncoming traffic. (And that was the longest running sentence in history🤷🏻♀️lol)
