I freezed the frame right in front of the fence and there were two people standing behind the fence directly in the path of the car that were mowed down. Sad.
if the video had continued you would have seen the man come up from the drop off where the car went over. He actually ducked and the car went right over him. He comes up with both hands raised in the air in a victory salute.😁😰☠️
Hopefully, the people he plowed into and blasted off the cliff didn't get injured when the car landed on them 300 feet below.
