Rocks are on the road and kicked up by every vehicle. This is what insurance is for. Dude has so much boot flavor in his mouth he thinks he's a cop and can pull people over.
We have large dump trucks hauling rock in dump beds and piggy backs. They are to be tarp covered and rocks falling off are the trucker drivers. Kicking up rock in roadway is nobody’s fault.
Some windshields are $1000 or more and it looks like that semi was trying to evade pursuit. This is how it gets handled, otherwise the cops are going to do nothing about it without any information.

This guy is an idiot the only way a rock would of broke your window is you were to close to the truck. And if it’s a truck carrying rocks it clearly states on the back don’t follow to close so only one person at fault and it’s the one driving the car. Now me if you were to slam on your brakes in front of my truck your car would need more then a window because my truck wouldn’t stop at your leisure. It would all be on camera on how this idiot cut me off and slammed on his brakes and my truck went through his car. May he then learn a valuable lesson don’t fuck around unless you want to find out.

yeah....my insurance company didn't even want the license plate. they don't care. new windshield....FREE. of course you have to have insurance....which is the law. so no, chasing down and stopping a truck is not necessary, just stupid and a complete waste of time. if you don't have insurance, also don't do that because when the cops come you've already broken the law....duh
