They hit him on purpose because he was getting ready to run and they knew it so they stopped it. Why the fuck are you guys putting this on the Internet like these people that run from the police and almost kill every other person around them which they don’t give a damn about and then you want to feel sorry for the guy that gets slammed by a cop car, are you out of your society so far? he shouldn't have a case, when they run like that the cops should not have to care about the criminals life since it's obvious that he don't care about anybody else's. I think they should be able to shoot them when they flee from the police in a car because they do put the cops lives and everyone else around them in danger so their life should not be taken into consideration.

I love the comments on how everyone thinks they know what's going on. no one knows who the dude running is or what he did. it could be a number of things. a car jacking, murder suspect, or stole a candy bar. cop probably saw his door open to run or if he had a weapon could of opened fire on the officer. so the cop probably saw an opportunity to hit the car and take the suspect down to give them time to get on him. regardless, we don't know what's going on
