The COP told him to step back on more than one occasion. This knucklehead was impeding the officer from doing his job, and FAFO the hard way. Now the man who was stupid enough not to cooperate and caught a charge, probably fired from his job if he even has one, and possibly ruined his future over something he had no business interfering with.
