The elk was very ill look at the way it’s walking. Maybe arthritis cancer or something else the animal did not want to live any longer. .

To the haters: I never shot anything i didn't clean and eat, but I confess to liking being in the outdoors and the challenge of the hunt more than the kill. In my later years I have switched to hunting with a camera. The camera has the advantage that you can go out and shoot them again the next day!

had a persimmon tree (like a peach tree or plum tree) near a lake in texas. when the persimmons fall off the tree when they become too ripe for too long, wild animals would come around to eat the rotting persimmons fermenting on the ground.. the birds were the funniest cuz they would get so drunk they couldn't fly.. stumbling over uneaten persimmons and each other....that animal in video (I know now it's an elk) walked just like deer after they get really drunk (and they always end up in the water)
