This young lady could be a star in the making.... UNLESS her father loves her and keeps her away from that destructive lifestyle! Yes, she is VERY talented and has natural ability. Her voice has excellent qualities. But here's the kicker. She appears to have a sweet personality and a gentle and fun ease about her. Sadly, the music biz, even movie biz would end up taking her love for life and the fun her music currently brings her ALL AWAY. Money, yes, she'd probably have that. Excitement and fun? Absolutely, for a short while. Stress, pressure, unrealistic and uncomfortable expectations deliberately places upon her? DEFINITELY!
Part 5 ... AGREE before you start what things would be good reasons to quit and go home. Put it in writing and both of you sign it. Both of you keep a copy. If you ever add anything both sign both copies again. 5) Talk WITH and listen to your daughter. Have fun with her. Maintain your loving father-daughter relationship. Don't let anything interfere with that! Make that part of your rules. Don't let her grow up or learn the hard knocks of life too fast. Help her recognize and expand her other talents too. 5) Sincerely, with a loving heart, remember to tell your daughter both in words and deeds that you "love her" and "appreciate her" often. They are not the same and knowing both is important. Children (including adult children) know their parents "love" them but letting them know you "appreciate" them also tells them you like them.
