By popular request , here is my transformation in the past 4 years ! It took a lot of hard work to get here , as you can see I had no gains . My only concern was to be skinny / lean that’s all I cared about so I had very little muscle. I had to let go of my insecurities of gaining weight so that I could put on muscle .
