I use to weigh 321 and im 6'1 and I didn't go on weight lost diets or shots , I started having trouble with my heart and my knees and then I had to go under emergency surgery for both heart , receiving the pacemaker then wasn't able to walk so I had to get full knee replacement , and here I am today I only weigh 190 and I feel so good about myself but I hate that those things had to happen to me in order for me to get to the way I am now I wasn't able to eat I wasn't able to have anything but drink Ensure breakfast lunch and dinner and today I am still recovering from the knee replacement through physical therapy Monday Wednesday and Friday and I am kicking butt with that and I thank God
